Significant Example Cases:
People v. Cazares - a high profile three co-defendant
murder trial in Hayward, California, in which the defendant was
not convicted. In addition, Mr. Caswell has tried numerous same-sex
domestic violence cases resulting in acquittals at trial; Several
narcotics trials, as well trials involving mentally disordered
offenders, sexually violent predators, and attempted murders.
Mr. Caswell also represented a San Francisco Club Promoter charged
federally with distribution of methamphetamine and ecstasy. |
