A graduate of Florida States University, majoring in Classical Archaeology and Comparative Religion, and Golden Gate University School of Law, Gabriel Caswell's practice focuses on Criminal Defense, Estate Planning, and Trials.

Significant Example Cases:
People v. Cazares - a high profile three co-defendant murder trial in Hayward, California, in which the defendant was not convicted. In addition, Mr. Caswell has tried numerous same-sex domestic violence cases resulting in acquittals at trial; Several narcotics trials, as well trials involving mentally disordered offenders, sexually violent predators, and attempted murders.

Mr. Caswell also represented a San Francisco Club Promoter charged federally with distribution of methamphetamine and ecstasy.
